Teaching and academic development are at the core of this role as a Health Sciences Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in courses related to health sciences, including medical laboratory science, emergency medical services, medical imaging, nursing, and social work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in health science-related subjects.
  • Plan, prepare, and update course materials (syllabi, reading lists, lectures, etc.).
  • Create, administer, and grade assessments (exams, quizzes, assignments, and projects).
  • Provide feedback to students on academic performance and guide them toward academic success.
  • Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Health Science, Medical Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, with a teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one. Previous teaching experience in higher education or relevant professional experience in the healthcare field is preferred. The successful applicant will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and deliver educational content effectively, and proficiency with educational technologies and software.
