The role of an NDIS employment consultant involves providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve stability and paid employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement job search strategies for participants.
- Offer career counseling and conduct coaching sessions.
- Provide case management and accompany participants to appointments and interviews.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will have experience in job coaching and career counseling, as well as proficiency in job search strategies and case management.
Required Qualifications:
