Job Description

The Corporate Controller will lead all aspects of the company's accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

This role involves directing month-end close, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. You will develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes, ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, and oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.

You will also perform in-depth financial analysis and present results to senior management, manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and provide financial modeling and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/controller role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (and/or IFRS), financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with international operations is highly valued.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
