Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and delegate tasks when necessary.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
