Design and develop personalized customer journeys using SFMC Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) to deliver targeted and relevant experiences to our customers.
Create and Optimize Real-Time Personalization StrategiesCreate and optimize real-time personalization strategies across web, mobile, and email channels to drive engagement and conversion.
Configure and Manage Behavioral Tracking, Profile Management, and Decision ModelsConfigure and manage behavioral tracking, profile management, and decision models to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Integrate SFMC Personalization with Other Salesforce Products and Third-Party SystemsIntegrate SFMC Personalization with other Salesforce products and third-party systems to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
Analyze Personalization Performance and Provide Data-Driven RecommendationsAnalyze personalization performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including at least 2+ years focused on Personalization/Interaction Studio.
Achievement of SFMC CertificationsAchievement of SFMC Certifications to demonstrate expertise and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Desired Experience with Swift, Objective-C, Java & KotlinDesired experience with Swift, Objective-C, Java & Kotlin to leverage mobile app development capabilities.
Desired Experience in Web Development within the React FrameworkDesired experience in web development within the React framework to leverage web development capabilities.
Experience with REST APIs and Web Services IntegrationExperience with REST APIs and web services integration to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
Familiarity with Data Management and ETL ProcessesFamiliarity with data management and ETL processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
