About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Contact Centre team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Contact Centre Consultants and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Contact Centre Consultants to achieve sales and service targets.
- Develop and implement coaching and training programs to improve team performance.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience with contact centre-specific software and metrics.
