We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical nurse educator to lead our education and research team in the North West Region.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative evidence-based programs that enhance the clinical competence of nurses across the spectrum of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based educational programs to build the clinical skills of patient safety guardians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement educational programs that promote excellence in nursing practice
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support clinical education and research
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Possession of postgraduate qualifications in education and/or clinical teaching and learning
- Holds or is working towards postgraduate qualifications in the area of clinical/practice specialty relevant to the position
