Telehealth Nursing Position

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality healthcare services to clients across Australia. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, recording absences and injuries, and providing immediate health advice and triage assessments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules. Previous experience in nursing, injury management, or workers compensation is highly desirable.

This is a remote position, with the possibility of in-person training during the first two weeks. However, we can fully accommodate remote learning and onboarding if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls to record absences and injuries
  • Provide immediate health advice and triage assessments
  • Follow up with employees to offer guidance and support
  • Coordinate referrals for medical and allied health appointments across Australia
  • Act as a point of escalation to investigate and follow up on cases

About You:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
  • Experience in nursing, injury management, or workers compensation
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, supportive, and fun work environment
  • Comfortable working casual shifts, including early mornings and evenings
