Midwife Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced midwife to provide treatment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote communities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and high-quality care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Work on-site in remote clinics for short-term placements ranging from 3 to 12 weeks.
Key Requirements
  • Evidence of unrestricted registration as a registered nurse and registered midwife.
  • Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate experience in midwifery.
  • Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience as a registered nurse.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification and immunisation record.
  • A valid Northern Territory Working with Children's Card.
