About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker Home Help to join our team in Kwinana and surrounding areas. This role involves connecting customers with their local team, ensuring that we keep the customer at the centre of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance services to customers, including support with daily living activities
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse range of customers, their families, carers, community agencies, and other professionals
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and safety of customers and staff
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with seniors and those living with disability is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency
