As a Clearance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and compliant movement of international shipments through customs and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments, guaranteeing adherence to local and international regulations
  • Examine customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, and determine duty rates and tax liabilities
  • Resolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance obstacles
  • Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance

To succeed in this role, you will require strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance. Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customs portals is also essential.
