Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative tasks, including managing project drives, files, and calendars.
- Assist with report preparation, team communications, and monitoring.
- Support facilities management activities, including initiating purchase requisitions.
- Manage access control and monitoring of company property, developing policies and procedures as needed.
- Verify identification to maintain export control compliance.
- Relevant office or project administrator experience.
- Customer service experience or background in a customer-facing role.
- Understanding of a defence or secure environment.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Australian citizenship required for Defence security clearance.
