We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Review project plans and blueprints, identifying potential issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors and construction workers, ensuring work is completed according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
