Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee benefits strategies that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with global and local HR teams to ensure effective planning and execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Employee Benefits or HR with international exposure (preferred).
