About You

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in HR, IR, Business Administration, or Psychology, with experience in HRIS (Workday) administration preferred. You will have a solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive situations diplomatically. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide support on day-to-day HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including collating new employee packs and coordinating company induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records, prepare HR documentation, and assist with HRIS (Workday) troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with the finance team regarding employee changes and payroll-related matters.
