Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior level of secretarial and reception services to clients
- Manage incoming calls, direct callers to appropriate staff members, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Perform general office duties, including opening and distribution of mail, typing, scanning, filing, and archiving
- Assist in the closing and securing of the building at the end of the day
Requirements:
- Excellent administration, time management, and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Knowledge of the mental health sector with ability to liaise with people from all backgrounds
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Proven record of working closely with and being a successful member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Previous Medical Reception experience highly advantageous
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications
