Senior Sustainability Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead our sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in ESD consulting in the Australian market and possess RPEQ or willingness to obtain, as well as accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active preferred.

This role involves leading and delivering sustainability consulting services in a client-facing capacity, leveraging an established network of clients to strengthen partnerships and expand our ESD service offering. Key responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of sustainability reports, conducting life-cycle analysis, energy modeling, thermal modeling, daylight modeling, and carbon modeling, as well as undertaking NCC Section J compliance reviews.

To succeed in this position, you must possess technical expertise in building physics and sustainable design principles, along with experience with thermal/energy modeling software and sustainability frameworks (e.g. ISC, ESG, GRI). A deep understanding of Australian carbon reporting (e.g. NGER), climate risk, and adaptation planning is also essential.
