Customer Service Representative

Park Regis Griffin Suites Hotel is seeking a Casual/Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our hotel reception team.
We are a 4-star hotel with a coffee shop, restaurant, accommodation and conference meeting rooms.
This role involves:
Handling guest inquiries and complaints
Processing guest payments and check-ins
Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
Multitasking within the reception role
Shift balancing and banking
Good telephone skills
Being reliable and motivated
Maximizing revenue through upselling and promoting our rewards program
A great smile and ability to work as part of a small dedicated team
You should have good availability to work across 7 days. Reception opens from 7am daily and closes 7-7pm in the evening and 8pm on weekends.
This position offers remuneration per the award, uniform, staff discounts and the opportunity to secure a fulltime position or use it as a stepping stone to your career in hotels.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
