We are seeking a skilled Pest Management Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our pest control team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to clients in both domestic and commercial settings. You will work autonomously, inspecting premises, eliminating pests, and building strong relationships with clients.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough inspections of client premises to identify signs of pests
  • Implement measures to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
  • Identify sales leads in the region and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding eradication and prevention processes
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular check-ins and tailored solutions

Requirements

  • A full manual driver's license
  • The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and clients
  • The capacity to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
