Job Description

We are seeking a Pest and Disease Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated pest management (IPM) programs across our operations.

In this role, you will work closely with our external consultants to ensure that our IPM strategies are aligned with industry best practices. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to inform our pest and disease management decisions, as well as providing regular crop health reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IPM, with experience in managing teams and implementing seasonal programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IPM seasonal programs
  • Collect and analyze data for effective pest and disease management
  • Manage pest and disease programs to ensure levels are within expected limits
  • Provide accurate crop health reports
  • Consult with senior management on best practices
