About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working with a dynamic team to shape the future of our Pet Specialty business. As a Veterinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in improving the health and lifestyle of cats and dogs through your expertise and passion for animal welfare.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Programs: Lead training initiatives that equip veterinarians, their staff, pet retailers, and owners with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
  2. Brand Advocacy: Build relationships with key opinion leaders and universities to advocate for our brand and promote our products.
  3. Team Development: Train our sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate the benefits of our products, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  4. Case Management: Support veterinarians and their teams with case management through our consumer engagement team, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  5. Informative Materials: Create engaging materials that explain pet health issues and promote our products, highlighting the value we bring to pet owners.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Be qualified and registered to practice veterinary medicine in Australia.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of veterinary practice experience and 2 years in a technical veterinary or commercial sales role.
  • Skillset: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence others.
