About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a first full-time role or anyone returning to the workforce.
This role involves liaising with internal and external customers to organise and accurately process client requests, while providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner. You will take ownership of all calls from start to finish with the support of other departments within the business as needed.
Nature of the position: Full-Time, Salary – $53,500 + super
Location: Fyshwick
Reporting Line: Customer Service Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Process client requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Take ownership of all calls from start to finish
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and excellent organisation skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
