Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tailings Facility Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, construction, operation, and monitoring of tailings storage facilities.


This is a permanent position that offers a range of opportunities for professional growth and development. As part of our team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of key dam safety priorities and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead risk identification, mitigation, and reporting for tailings infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal safety protocols.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on tailings design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Oversee water management and surveillance to uphold operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, construction, operation, and monitoring of TSF and water dams, as well as strong technical leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant engineering degree qualification (Civil, Geotechnical Soil Mechanics, Mining).
