In this role, you'll work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about their work. You'll be responsible for coordinating tailings, civil, and water execution activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of works.

About the Role

This is a permanent position on a 4:3 roster, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns, with residential options available to live on Groote Eylandt.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes, influencing and collaborating effectively across teams and contractors.

Your Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, equipment, and contractors for planned works
  • Coordinate civil construction and maintenance activities, including pipelines, dams, and earthworks
  • Support forecasting, scheduling, and project delivery against plan
  • Build strong working relationships to influence and achieve outcomes
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience supervising civil works in mining or heavy industry
  • A strong background in pipelines, earthworks, and/or dam projects
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Influencing and collaborating effectively across teams and contractors
  • Familiarity with work management processes; SAP experience desirable

Requirements for this position include:

  • A current C Class driver's licence
  • Mining Supervisor (G1, G8, G9) qualification, or ability to obtain prior to commencement
