Leading Civil Construction Team Member

This is a leading role within our civil construction team, where you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a small team to achieve desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in subdivisions, including bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils, and roadworks.

The successful applicant will be able to read and interpret construction plans, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and possess the ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. Additionally, they will hold a Construction Industry Card (White / Blue) and a current Driver Licence.

Able to work effectively in a team environment, the successful applicant will be required to:

  • Safely coordinate and supervise the activities of a small team and subcontractors
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications are maintained
  • Deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders
