Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to fill the role of Plumber/Drainer/Gas Fitter in our Remote Accommodation Villages.

This is a hands-on position involving fieldwork with travel across multiple villages on a week on/week off roster.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performing reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance tasks professionally, safely, and efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • QLD Licensed Plumber/Drainer/Gas Fitter with endorsements such as Thermostatic Mixing Valves, Solar and heat pump hot water systems, and Backflow Prevention (desirable)
  • Licensed Drainer for on-site Sewerage Facilities
  • Licensed Water Plumber for Fire Protection (hydrants, hose reels)
  • Class C Manual Driver's Licence
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in service/hospitality/high-volume hotel environments across multiple sites
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Proof of working rights in Australia
