Exciting Career Opportunities for Boilermakers in Mount Isa, QLD

We are seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our expanding team in Mount Isa for major upcoming projects, shutdowns, and ongoing maintenance work.

Local applicants from Mount Isa are strongly encouraged to apply, and those with current mine site access or previous experience working in the northwest region will be prioritized.

FIFO options are available for experienced tradespersons from Cairns, Townsville or Brisbane.

Immediate Start Available for Applicants with Current Mount Isa Mine Site Access & Cardax Card.

In this role, you will work a 2-week on, 1-week off roster, with potential of rotating day and night shifts.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications.

  • Applicants with prescribed occupations (rigger, dogger, EWP, forklift) will be prioritized.

  • Mount Isa mine site access is preferred, but not essential.

  • Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol testing (including random onsite testing).

  • Strong multitasking skills and a commitment to high safety standards.

  • A solid understanding of OH&S practices.

  • Manual driver's license preferred, but not mandatory.

Successful candidates will be required to meet all site access conditions, including pre-employment medicals, inductions, and training.
