About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join our team at Atlassian. As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales motions for our scaled Agile solution, partnering with our Strategic Account team on account planning and driving the book of business, building a territory plan and accounts plans, co-selling and collaborating with solution partners and GSIs, and forecasting a pipeline for our scaled Agile solution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and retention in assigned territory
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineering, Channel Partners, Product, and Marketing, to drive sales and customer success
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and revenue growth
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products, with a focus on scaled Agile solutions
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and Enterprise software sales
Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on driving transformational deals and growing Enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upsell
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
