As a Foster and Kinship Care Manager, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality trauma-informed case management services. Your role will involve overseeing the provision of permanency services to ensure optimal outcomes for children, young people, and their families.

- Oversee and manage the provision of permanency services to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying them to enhance program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years' experience working with children and young people in out-of-home care (OOHC).
- Experience working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and communities.
