Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Facilities Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, with experience in maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly site checks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage and oversee specialist vendors for all major works, planned repairs, and maintenance to electrical and special systems.
  • Ensure sufficient spare parts are available on site for frequently used parts or parts with long lead times and maintain critical spares register.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience of critical facility operations, with a focus on HVAC/mechanical (Chillers, BMS, AHU, CRAC, CRAH).
  • Certified Sound knowledge or understanding of HVAC Controls.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
