Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary IT leader to drive the company's end-to-end technology strategy. This involves delivering robust systems that enable business growth through innovation.

The Role Requires:
  • Developing a future-focused technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives, including cloud modernisation and emerging tech adoption.
  • Introducing customer-facing solutions to enhance experience and drive sales.
  • Overseeing legacy system modernisation and technical debt reduction.
  • Ensuring optimal performance, reliability and security across all tech systems.
  • Driving cybersecurity strategy, incident response and compliance across multiple frameworks.
  • Implementing an ITIL-based service delivery model and infrastructure cost optimisation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years' experience in senior technology leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce and integration platforms.
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity, risk management and data compliance.
  • Experience in strategic planning & budget ownership, and commercial minded.
  • Executive-level communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership presence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Masters/Certifications a bonus).
