Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of our End User Experience (EUX) Managed Service model for a large government client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing customer experience initiatives and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing the contracted services, leading and managing the statement of work, controls risks, scope of work, and budget. This includes meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's), financial performance, quality, continuous improvement, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify areas of pipeline for future work and develop strategies to capture new opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's business needs and adapt our services accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Australian Citizen.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or IT discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years' experience delivering in a Customer Experience Managed Service model.
  • Strong understanding of Field Services, End Point Management, and Applications, Service Management, and Global Delivery models.
  • Executive Presence and ability to build and maintain relationships across business units.
  • Excellent communication skills, reporting in client and commercial situations.
  • Ability to travel as and when required.
