The Reece Group, a leading international company, is seeking a Year 10 student to undertake a School-based Traineeship in Supply Chain Operations.

This position is based at the Plumbing Grafton branch, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world setting.

As a Trainee Sales Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Embracing the Reece values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock effectively
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge
  • Providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the branch

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should possess good written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow instructions, have enthusiasm and a great attitude, willingness to learn new things, be a team player, and maintain a neat and tidy workplace.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000-$50,000, depending on your location and level of experience. However, please note that this is an estimate and may vary.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will also gain valuable work experience, develop essential skills, and make lifelong connections within the industry.

Working hours are approximately one and a half days per week, with the possibility of additional hours during school holidays.
