Job Description

This full-time permanent role as a Sales Support Merchandise and Store Person involves developing strong customer relationships, providing sales and administrative support, and ensuring orders are received and dispatched safely and on time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing general administrative tasks, including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing counter sales
  • Forklift operation and some on-farm deliveries
  • Goods receipt and dispatch
  • Inventory control
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proactive approach to work and practical organization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
  • A full driver's license and a forklift ticket are essential
