Role Overview

As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will play an integral role in supporting all Leadership and Capability learning activities across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring a great learner experience, assisting in delivering digital and blended learning solutions, and collaborating with the L&D team to drive business success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Learning & Development team in delivering Leadership and Capability program initiatives.
  • Administer the Learning Management System efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries across the organization.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and conduct trend analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating programs and managing learning events.
  • Contribute to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training delivered.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Detail-oriented skills with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Proactive and organised professional with a solid background in learning/training coordination.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborative and professional approach with strong communication skills.
Education

A degree, diploma or certificate in either Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is desirable.
