Are you a dynamic leader seeking a new challenge? As our OSHC Service Director, you will be responsible for leading our passionate and dedicated team to deliver outstanding programs that promote children's growth and development.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience, including training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining the standards of service. They will also possess the necessary qualifications and skills to ensure that our care, recreation, and leisure programs are of the highest quality.

In this role, you will inspire continuous learning and professional development among our educators, sharing information and knowledge on best practices, policy developments, and community changes.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our social, emotional, and interpersonal development programs are delivered with the highest level of expertise and care. The role is a part-time opportunity offering 36 hours per week.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • strong leadership experience to staff
  • HLTAID009 Provide CPR
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
  • Certificate of completion for 'Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care' Training
  • Food Handling
  • SERVICE Managerial Training (SMART)
