Store Experience Production Coordinator Job

Cotton On Kids is a global fashion brand that creates on-trend, must-have value fashion for babies, kids, and teens.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Store Experience Production team in coordinating an in-store experience that delivers on our brand vision, engages customers, and increases foot traffic through creative and innovative global campaigns.

The role involves collaborating with key internal and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of production assets, including directives, store lists, new store guides, and budget management for the brand. If you have experience in production/visual merchandising, administrative duties, coordinating production assets, and implementing creative solutions, this could be your new role.

  • Support the Store Experience Production team in delivering high-quality production assets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including coordination of production assets.

Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
