This is a permanent full-time role supporting a dynamic and experienced team, based in our Melbourne office. The successful candidate will help finalize and settle legal matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and support staff.

We're looking for someone with experience in banking, finance, or the legal field, eager to broaden their skill set with an established company in billing and settlements.

  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the post-settlement client experience for personal injury claims, ensuring clients are informed about the process.
  • CORRESPOND AND COMMUNICATE WITH EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE SETTLEMENTS ARE PAID IN A TIMELY MANNER.
  • Accurately monitor, calculate, and distribute client's settlement monies.
  • Understand and keep up-to-date with changes to cost and trust regulations.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of processes and procedures.
