Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Full-time worker with a passion for the retail industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and meaningful store experience through leading by example
  • Conduct the development of your team, harmonizing with the business to hit financial sales, profit, and productivity targets
  • Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising, transforming the store into a haven that captures attention and creates a delightful atmosphere
  • Efficiently oversee store rostering and wage expenses, maintaining a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen
  • Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring everything's in place for customers' shopping spree
  • Diligently track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement – communicate findings to peers and senior management
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker
  • A passion for the retail industry
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & a keen eye for visual merchandising
