About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications Strategist to join our team at Salt Recruitment. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy while supporting external communications initiatives.

About You

  • You have a proven track record of delivering effective communications plans and end-to-end project execution with a focus on internal communications, liaising directly with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders.
  • With 7 years of communications experience, you possess a deep understanding of what drives employee engagement and external PR. Your expertise in running all-team and company-wide meetings is also a valuable asset.
  • You are comfortable working in an integrated fashion with brand marketing, social media, customer success, product teams, and other departments to drive business outcomes.
  • As a creative and innovative thinker, you can easily flex between strategy and detailed execution, bringing compelling narratives and impactful content to life.
  • Your data-driven approach ensures that your communications programs are measurable, efficient, and impactful.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package AU$125,000 - AU$135,000 per annum
