Community Support Officer

">About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to various teams within a community setting.

  • Assist in coordinating team activities and events
  • Manage requests, concerns and inquiries from the community
  • Develop and maintain schedules for team members
  • Prepare correspondence and documentation as required
  • Arrange appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other systems
  • Support senior staff with special projects as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling - highly regarded
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Confidence in using digital devices and willingness to learn
