Sydney Dining Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring that our dining operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes working closely with other outlet managers to achieve overall success and providing exceptional guest experiences.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike, handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, and report any issues or complaints to supervisors. You will also be responsible for supervising, correcting, and demonstrating all duties and tasks in your assigned area to set standards.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in on-boarding new associates and help maximize the effectiveness of employees by developing their skills and abilities through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements- A current NSW RSA Competency Card.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar environment, with experience in a Hatted restaurant desirable.
- Strong food and beverage service skills.
- Strong knowledge of wines and other beverages.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with wine styles and grape varieties and other beverage items.
- Proficiency in computer literacy skills.
