Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and offer recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing special events, including theatre nights, private parties, and themed evenings.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in café, restaurant or bar environments, with proficiency in table service, bar or cocktail service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as well as maintain a high level of energy and productivity during peak periods.
  • A passion for theatre and the arts is highly regarded, although not essential.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
