Project Officer

We are seeking a skilled project officer to join our client on a 12-month contract with the option for two x 12-month extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management and coordination activities.
  • Contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework.
  • Provide advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in specific areas of project work.
  • Perform research work and analysis, including contributing to the preparation of reports on relevant project activities.
  • Draft a range of written material, including business cases, plans, executive briefs, and corporate documentation.
  • Support and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Methods and Tools - Level 3
  • Project Management - Level 4
  • Portfolio, Program, and Project Support - Level 4
  • Quality Management - Level 4

Essential Abilities:
