We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to establish and own the quality assurance function for a growing software platform. This is a key role where you will define the QA strategy, lead both functional and automated testing, and lay the foundations for future scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive test strategy across functional and automation testing to ensure high-quality products.

  • Contribute to hiring or vendor selection as the QA function grows to ensure the right talent and resources are in place.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on skills in test automation (Selenium with Java preferred).
  • Solid experience in functional testing and test case design to ensure thoroughness.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of quality to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical teams.
