About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Delivery Advisor to join our team at Rio Tinto's State Agreements and Approvals department. This role is based in Perth and involves working with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver environmental consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective survey planning strategies, including health and safety protocols, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Apply Rio Tinto's contractor management processes to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technical specialists to drive project success.
  • Provide procurement support through vendor identification, selection, and procurement processes.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture by collaborating with peers across the Environmental Approvals team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with remote work experience an advantage.
  • Health and safety planning expertise.
  • Project management, planning, and scheduling experience.
  • Technical software skills, including GIS/ArcGIS.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics and contractor management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
  • C Class Driver's Licence.
