Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Redpath Partners Pty. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in the successful implementation of projects, tracking progress and reporting results.
  • Coordinate with onsite sub-contractors for installation tasks on a daily basis and generate reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications internal to the project assigned to you.
  • Responsible for executing the internal program communication plan.
  • Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
  • Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, using the correct tools (Excel, MYOB Job Costing).
  • Manage project schedule and budget and ensure project progress from conception to completion.
  • Documentation of all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying or trade qualified with significant construction experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction in a project coordination and administration environment.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication and time management skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, completing assignments in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to perform required project tasks independently.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
