About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Programmed. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various industries, including industrial processing and mining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, milestones, and customer demands.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification: A degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, including setting and achieving goals, managing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including project planning and milestone tracking tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of commercial contracts and terms & conditions, as well as experience in the industrial processing or mining industry.
