Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing and maintaining project reports and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing relationships with stakeholders and address their queries effectively.
  • Project Controls: Help manage project schedules, identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in Project Support, coordination or administrative roles.
  • Experience with MS Projects and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to Project Controls/Scheduling.
  • Familiarity with Commercial contracts.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with confidence.
  • Defence project experience essential.
  • NV1 Clearance is essential.
