Urban Design Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Urban Designer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects in Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use, and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director and wider team to complete project submissions.
  • Work closely with consultants and clients to coordinate project deliverables.
  • Engage in the early stages of projects up to Concept Approval stage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Practice experience and exposure to mixed-use and multi-unit residential projects.
  • Developed skills in managing Development Application (DA) approval process.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Development Guidelines and local compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software.
